We keep your personal information only for as long as needed to serve the purposes explained in this privacy policy. However, if the law requires us to keep it longer (such as for tax or accounting reasons), we will follow those requirements. We will not keep your information more than 90 days after the end of our coaching relationship or your account, whichever is later. When we no longer need your information, we will either delete it or anonymize it. If we can’t do that (for example, if your data is stored in backup systems), we will securely store it and prevent further use until it can be deleted.
