Initial Assessment

In this first stage, I’ll partner with you to look at where you’re at in terms of your job situation; what you’re excited about, where you excel and skills you want to develop. You will gain insight into what motivates you and where you can best place your talents by going through personality tests, self-awareness exercises, aptitude examinations.

Goal Setting

In this stage we will establish SMART goals together (Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-bound) We will be making sure that they are aligned with your vision for your career. I will also help you outline your short-term goals which will spark your interest immediately, and your long-term goals that determine the broad structure of your career.

Once we establish your goals, we will outline a specific action plan. Skill Development

In this part, we ‘ll track down and fill in any skill gap. I will guide through the best way to develop these skills. Whether you need to be building professional knowledge in any technical area, learning to communicate more effectively or acquiring some leadership skills, I will advise particular training sessions and workshops or recommend appropriate learning materials.
